Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring optimal nursing care for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients within the Radiology, Catheterization (Cath) and Interventional Radiology (IR) Lab departments. Serves as a clinical resource and liaison between the Radiology Department and nursing staff in other patient care areas. Coordinates and assists with scheduling catheterization and interventional procedures.
Minimum Required:
- Graduate from an RN program
- Florida RN License
- American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, & BLS certification.
Required: At least one year of Cath lab experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years of Critical Care or Emergency Care experience.
Other Qualifications: Management of potential complications and medical emergencies
