Required Skills: - Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Proficiency in taking and processing diagnostic X-Ray images.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiologic safety protocols.
- Ability to operate radiology equipment with precision and care.
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control standards.
Nice to Have Skills: - Previous experience with digital radiography systems.
- Knowledge of radiation safety procedures.
- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Ability to perform portable X-Ray procedures.
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
Preferred Education and Experience: - Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology.
- Active NY State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Other Requirements: - Successful completion of a 14-panel drug screen (must include all specified substances) within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
- Strongly encouraged COVID-19 vaccination.
- Certification in CPR/BLS.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to comply with training requirements from Welle or CPI (verbal de-escalation training), completed prior to start date.
- Availability for up to 5 days of requested time off, with prior approval.
- Participation in orientation and receipt of full onboarding support.
- Travel and certification reimbursement where applicable.
